Exploring Singapore Chinatown and CBD

My cousin is residing in the heart of Chinatown. We walked from her home at Pinnacle@Duxton to Marina Bay Sand. I really enjoy walking and exploring city. It is fun and also a good way to exercise. It also allows you a glimpse on the people who work and live there. I can literally feel the vibrant vibe and pulse of life in the heart of city.

It is better to walk with friends and relatives who can also chat and share with you the history of the place. I'm really happy and appreciate the company of both my cousin and her family.
There are many pubs and restaurants at the old shophouses in Chinatown. I like the beautiful architecture design of old shophouses.
This used to be a Chinese clinic that offered free medical consultation. Now it is a eatery.

I like the energetic vibe in Telok Ayer Street.
There are a wide variety of delicious food at Amoy Street Food Centre.
This is a award-winning stall with a Michelin
Many stalls are closed by 6pm.

Thian Hock Keng (literally "Palace of Heavenly Happiness"), also known as the Tianfu Temple, is a temple built for the worship of Mazu ("Ma Cho Po"), a Chinese sea goddess, located in Singapore. It is the oldest and most important temple of the Hokkien (Hoklo) people in the country. (From wiki)
Lau Pa Set also offers a wide variety of local and international food.
