Delicious SG50 Lobster Roll at Swenson
I had SG50 special Lobster Roll with chili crab sauce at Swenson recently. This dish is only available at Swenson Restaurant in April this year as it celebrates Singapore 50th birthday this year. Every month, they will feature a local dish with a twist.
I think this is the best lobster roll as I love the warm buttery grilled crispy soft bun filled with generous fresh lobster in spicy chili crab sauce. Sadly it is only available in April. The lobster roll is served with potato chips and garden salad. I prefer Bedok Mall branch as they allowed me to change garden salad to coleslaw. The other branch at Nex is not so flexible.

In Memoriam Lee Kuan Yew Exhibition at National Museum of Singapore
Last week after paying my respect to Singapore first Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew at the Parliament House, I went to the National Museum of Singapore to view the exhibition: In Memoriam Lee Kuan Yew.
I arrived at the Museum at about 4pm last Saturday and had to wait for about 20 to 30 minutes to view the exhibition which is supposed to end on 26 April but is going to be extended due to popular demand.
Minister of Culture, Community and Youth, Mr Lawrence Wong said that the current exhibition will be retained and curated in the Permanent Galleries of the Museum which will be opened around August/September this year.
Everyone gave Mr Lee Kuan Yew face.
