Home-cooked Kway Chap

My mum recently cooked Kway Chap, a traditional Teochew food for us. It's a really simple but delicious dish with smooth silky flat broad rice sheet in braised dark soy sauce with spices like star anise. It normally comes with meat but now I don't really want to eat so much meat so I have it with egg, beancurd or fishball.
