Tasty Korean Glass Noodles (Tang Hoon)
For lunch today, I cooked the "instant" Korean glass noodles which actually comes with mushroom and vegetables like carrot pieces in fragrant special sesame sauce.
Instead of putting into the microwave oven to heat, I just poured some water into the sauce pan and later added the sauce and glass noodle. I also cracked an egg and prawns to the noodles.
I love this yummy glass noodles. Simple to cook and much cheaper than outside.
