Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome is Opens to Garden Members

Singapore Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome is currently open to Friends of the Gardens members. It will reopens to the the public on 11 July, this Saturday. 

I was delighted and went to Flower Dome last Friday after work to admire the beautiful flowers. This time the Flower Dome displays European blooms like foxgloves and castles. It also features sunflowers around the castle. I'm glad Gardens by the Bay extended my membership by 6 more months to next year July. 

I had to download the Gardens by the Bay app and book a slot first before visit. I chose 5pm to 6pm slot. The flower dome was really empty and there were like about 20 people scattered around. Before coronavirus, the place was filled with many tourists and also locals. 

I love the flower dome design. It makes you feel like you are in Europe.

        Flower dome is quite empty in this soft launch to Friends of the Gardens members.

The flower dome is really empty. It is about 5% capacity compared to the past, before Covid-19.
