The Connoisseur Concerto

Once every few months, I will eat at The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC). The price is mid-range and a plate of pasta costs about $20.00 and coffee frappucino is priced at about $8. With membership card, it helps me to save 15% of the total cost. However dining at TCC, you need to pay 10% service charge and 7% GST. 

Seafood aglio olio ($22) is flavored  delightfully with fragrant chopped garlic and served with two prawns and scallop. One of my favorite pasta in TCC. 

Crayfish salad ($15) comes with baby romaine lettuce with wafu and mayo dressing topped with generous serving of baby crayfish, some avocado and tobiko.

Additional smoked salmon costs $4. Mix the smoked salmon with the hot pasta and it will be partially cooked.
