i Light Marina Bay 2014 Part 1

From now till 30th March this year, you can view light art installation from international artists from around the world. 28 art installations are on display around Marina Bay Waterfront and it is free admission. 

You can simply alight at Marina Bay MRT station, Raffles Place MRT or City hall MRT to view the art installation though Marina Bay MRT is nearest to the art installation. In today post, I'm sharing some art light installations I saw along route B when I started the journey from Esplanade theatre by the bay when I alight at Cityhall MRT.

An overview of i Light Marina Bay 

Giant Dandelions are located near Makansutra (hawker stall selling local food)

Giant Dandelions are made of recycled plastics bottles. 

 The Wheels of Industry. To generate the light inside the car, you need to pedal on the bicycle.

 Beautiful Cloud are made of light bulbs

 You can switch on or off the light bulb by pilling the string.

 Digital Wattle where the light changes colour
