Chinese Character 田

I feel inspired to teach this Chinese character today. I find learning Chinese fun especially if you can find meaning in it. Recently this character  田 came to mind since my Chinese name has  田 in it.

Chinese characters are mostly pictorial form inspired from our surrounding. If you can visualise the Chinese characters like pictures, then it is easier to learn and is fun. Complex characters are actually made by combining basic words.
