High Tea Buffet with The Best View in Singapore at Equinox Restaurant

It has always been my dream to dine at one of the tallest restaurants in Singapore, The Equinox restaurant at 69 floor of Swissotel, The Stamford which is located just above the central Cityhall MRT. Recently I went with my friends to the Equinox for High tea buffet which starts at 3.30 pm and end at 5pm daily.

At about $45 per person, I feel that it is quite value-for-money. Why do I say that? Well, I paid for about $20 at Taipei 101 just to see the view of Taipei without food. At Equinox, I feel that I am paying extra $25 for Hi-tea buffet while enjoying the awesome view of Singapore.

I love their fruit tartlets which taste crispy and healthy, tasty laksa which is actually rice noodle douse with laksa or spicy sauce and you can help yourself to the side dishes like prawns, quail eggs and fish cakes, tau pok(fried tofu). There are also ice-cream, sorbets, and Singapore desserts. Ok, enough of rambling, enjoy the view of Singapore and the Hi-tea buffet.

A grand view of Singapore financial district and Singapore River! Can you see Merlion at far left?

Excited to see shower of rain at one end of Singapore!
At the other corner of Equinox restaurant, you can see Marina Bay Sands and Esplanade theater that resemble hornet' eyes. Can you see Singapore Straits behind Marina Bay Sand? There are many ships cruising on Singapore Straits.

Make your own laksa!
 Love their signature fruit tartlets
Assortment of sandwiches, wraps, croissants and salad
I made four Kueh Pie Tee which are crispy pastry shell and I filled it with shredded Chinese turnips and prawns. My advice is not to take the chicken sausage and spring rolls which doesn't meet my expectation.
These taste alright but not that awesome. Just trying once is enough.
Love the desserts especially the fruit tartlets and lemon meringue!
Though you can easily have a bowl of laksa for about $3.50 at any coffee shops or hawker centres, but eating in this posh restaurant with an awesome view of Singapore is a unique experience. I added chopped laksa leave with dollap of chill sauce. You can add prawn, fish cake and quail eggs as much as you want in hi-tea buffet!
You enjoy free flow of Chamomile and other TWG Tea.
You can also try Dim Sum like Har gow aka the prawn dumpling, or pie tee and vegetable!
Free flow of pineapple, grape juice and even tea!
I love this Tandoori chicken wrap which comes with lettuce and mayonnaise sauce.
You can also try local dishes like roti prata. Actually, you can buy from supermarket and cook it yourself.
There are chocolate fondue, prune, biscuit and marshmallow.
Chocolate cake
Singapore desserts the kuehs, fruit danish and donut.
 Local desserts, nonya kuehs
On another visit, the fruit tartlets have chocolate. and The spring onion duck, tandoori chicken wrap, and cheese walnut sandwich are delicious.
I love this chocolate mint and panna cotta ice-cream! You can add chocolate ball, pistachio or mango sauce.
