Noisy Renovation on Sunday

Loud drilling sound reverberated at above level. I thought there should not be any renovation on Sunday right? Why are they doing renovation today which is a Sunday? Some people are just so inconsiderate. This is not the first time they have noisy renovation on Sunday. Please be kind and considerate to others okay.
