La Mian at Paradise Dynasty

I recently had a bowl of tasty La Mian with Seafood at Paradise Dynasty at Ion Orchard. La Mian originated in China in the 1500s and it means the noodles is made by pulling and folding the dough into strands of noodles. La Mian was introduced to Japan via its Chinatowns of Kobe or Yokohama during the Meiji era (1868 to 1912) where it is known as ramen and to Korea.
La Mian with seafood with really good stock. It comes with a juicy scallop, few prawns and half a braised lava egg. ($13.80)
Mixed dumpling with eight different flavours. $14.80
A braised lava egg costs  $1.80
Radish Pastry is crispy with soft radish inside the flaky crust at $3.90
