Blooming Tulips at Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome

As usual after work, I went to Gardens by the Bay Flower dome to see the blooming tulips after last week launch of Tulipmania. Happy to see last week bulbs bloom yesterday. Enjoy the following photos of ravishing tulips of different varieties!

I like to sing this song whenever I go to karaoke with my buddy and cousins. It's not so challenging to sing with those high notes. I miss singing at karaoke with my buddy who can sing very well and with my cousins.

Fluffy Clouds Today in Singapore

I love today beautiful fluffy clouds. This morning, the clouds are like soft fluffy cotton and this afternoon the clouds are much crisper and brighter with bright shining sun up in the sky. What a beautiful day today!

Vaccinated Travel Lanes to 9 Countries

Good news for those who are vaccinated! Now we can travel to 9 countries. Read more information here.  

I plan to travel to Italy next year. If my friend can't travel with me, I might just travel with tour agency like CTC travel or Chan brothers. I just want to go to Italy to explore the art and design museums and eat yummy pasta, pizza, gelato, dessert and coffee. Maybe I go for 1 or 2 weeks tour which include both Italy and Switzerland. Time to learn some Italian. 

New Dishes at Elemen

This week, I finally went to Elemen at Millenia Walk for 8 course set. They have just renovated the restaurant and revamped their menu. I tried their new dishes like Truffle broth ramen, churros rojak and Biscoff brownie. There are more noodle dishes which I like and will be back to try other noodles. 

I arrived at the restaurant at about 3pm so I was the only one dining there.

Wild mushroom cream soup with truffle oil is rich with mushroom bits

Staff recommended to drink this apple cider after drinking the soup.

I chose truffle broth ramen. I'll try other dishes next time. 

Iced peachy osmanthus

I had two slices of this crispy and tasty truffle pizza and took remaining back home for family. I always order truffle pizza whenever I'm at Elemen.

Biscoff Brownie  is filled with chocolate and biscoff and top with vanilla ice-cream. This is quite good. 

Favourite Dessert at Honeymoon Dessert

Yesterday after work, I went to ASUS service centre at Bugis Junction to repair the laptop that I brought last year but rarely use it. The staff told me that they have to replace or reformat the motherboard as it could be damaged as I didn't use the laptop for many months. They'll take about 4 to 7 days to resolve my laptop issue and since its under warranty, I don't have to pay for the service. Luckily I check my laptop recently. 

Later I went to eat my favourite dessert, the double boiled milk with baked walnut and almond at Honeymoon Dessert 满记甜品. Felt so happy after eating it. I love the crunchy nuts with the silky smooth cold doubled boiled milk. Definitely will be back to eat it again.
