Just had a sumptuous Chinese New Year eve reunion dinner today. It’s definitely my favourite day as I can enjoy my mother’s signature dishes like fried crispy prawns and flavourful soup. We usually have these wide spread of delicious food on the CNY eve and 15th day of CNY.
This year we enjoyed a total of 9 dishes which included 7 home-cooked dishes and 1 platter of meat from the famous Kam Roast meat and yusheng at home. We tossed yusheng which consists of vegetables and fish this year. Let’s take a look at this year dishes!
