Singapore Esplanade Presents Golden Hit Night

Elated to see a free outdoor concert featuring Golden Hit Night at Outdoor Theatre at Esplanade yesterday. I love live music with happy music and loud drum playing! Yesterday I happened to see a live performance Golden Hit Night by this Singaporean Jacky Poh who sang various popular dialect (Hokkien and Cantonese) and Mandarin songs in the 80s and 90s. He sang quite well and I also like the live band who played about 20 songs. I watched two performances at 7pm and 8.15pm. These songs reminded me of my childhood. To be honest, I prefer he sang more Mandarin songs. 

On my way back to the MRT station, I saw another wonderful performance by a duo. I was impressed with the Bellingham lady's wide vocal range at the Esplanade concourse. Looking forward to more great performances at the Esplanade.
