Happy Birthday Everyone!

Hi everyone, today is Ren ri 人日or People's birthday based on the 7th day of the Chinese New Year. Based on Chinese mythology, humans were created on the 7th day. For Teochew, we have the tradition of eating 7 different types of vegetables. My mum cooked seven different types of vegetables and I also went to Cedele to redeem a slice of free birthday cake as this month I'm celebrating my birthday. 

I just recovered from cough (had too much cookies). I just treat it as coughing away last year not so good luck. Anyway, I feel better after drinking more plain water and refrain from eating cookies.
