Great Leaders Inspire and Genuinely Care

Attended a meeting today on safety. I wonder if the presenter has informed the relevant staff of her safety concern immediately and not wait till the meeting to share with everyone. If this person is genuinely concerned of her staff’s safety, she would have informed the relevant staff immediately for safety and not wait till the meeting to inform everyone. It is compromising on safety if the presenter did not inform immediately. Really, it doesn’t create a healthy environment.
